All tennis courts should be fenced in order to contain the balls on the court, as well as keeping animals off the court.
But don't think that your court has to look like the local school or club with heavy duty poles and lots of pipes. Soft fencing beautifies the court and its surroundings, along with serving the same purpose as a regular fence at a lesser cost.
